Delete My Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, visit thecell.app/delete-account or go to Settings → Danger Zone in the app.

Your account will be scheduled for deletion. All data is permanently removed after 30 days. You can cancel by signing back in before the 30 days are up.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings — not in the app itself.

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → THE CELL
  • Android: Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → THE CELL

For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support directly.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing bugs or crashes:

  • Update the app to the latest version
  • Restart the app and try again
  • If the issue persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of the problem
