For account issues, bug reports, billing questions, or anything else — email us directly.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, visit thecell.app/delete-account or go to Settings → Danger Zone in the app.
Your account will be scheduled for deletion. All data is permanently removed after 30 days. You can cancel by signing back in before the 30 days are up.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings — not in the app itself.
For refunds, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support directly.
